New Wellness Idea From the Library
❖
In the spirit of incorporating wellness into the Library, we are trying something new and would like your response. The intent is to give you a way to step away from your studies and take a short movie break in Library Room 207. On Thursday, March 21, starting at 5 pm we will be showing the Miyazaki movie, Spirited Away. We will repeat this movie on Monday, March 25 & Tuesday, March 26 starting each day at 5 pm.
We are repeating the film over 3 days so you can step in and pick up where you left off at the previous showing. We heard from many TUC students how much they like Miyazaki movies.
After the above 3 showings, this film, other Miyazaki movies and many other movies and a small portable DVD drive that can be plugged into your personal computer can be checked out at the Library Circulation Desk for at home viewing.
We are very interested in hearing your response to this idea and would very much welcome any other ideas that would assist with studying and wellness.
We hope you can join us!
Library Team: Jennifer Abueg, Amy Castro, Ellarose Jameson, Michael Massaro, Aischa Staal, Tamara Trujillo

We know how challenging medical education can be because we’ve been there ourselves. We've walked in your shoes, first as students, and now as teachers. We believe that there’s a better way to learn the fundamentals of health and disease so that students and educators can focus on the good stuff—changing the way medical education is approached and creating better clinicians, who can better care for their patients and better support each other along the way.
