Summer 2020 Course Reserves Guide: How to Find & Access Books for Your Summer Courses

by TUC Library on 2020-05-19T12:26:00-07:00 | 0 Comments
Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

As the TUC community continues to limit on campus activity in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the TUC Library building will remain closed until further notice. However, while we cannot lend physical materials at this time, we will continue to provide online services and access as we have been during the shelter-in-place orders.

As TUC classes remain entirely online for the summer, the TUC Library has created this Summer 2020 Course Reserves guide, in an effort to help you quickly and easily locate and access the eBooks we have available for your summer courses.

How to Find Your Course Books

To find your course, hover over the tab with your course prefix (SPEC, EDUC, PASC, PBHC, or NRSC) and select your course number. On the course page, you will see which Library eBooks are available through the Library for your course. All you need to do is click on the book title, login, and start reading!
Unfortunately, not all books on your summer booklists are available as an eBook, although the majority are. However, please note that the Library has unlimited user access to many of the above e-books but not all.  If you are unable to access an e-book, it may be in use by the maximum users allowed by the Library license. If that happens, please try accessing it again later.
Please let a librarian know if you need assistance or have any questions.
Thank you,
TUC Library
