Search Strategies

Databases can vary but here some tips to get you started:

Enter some of your keywords into the search boxes.  Think of your main concept and perhaps an adjective for example:

Leadership and nursing

TIP: Try an "Advanced Search"  It is best to put one word or phrase in each box.

TIP: Put quotation marks around phrases, e.g. “authentic leadership”

TIP: Use * to find variant word endings, e.g., leader* will find leaders and leadership;  nurs* will find nurse, nurses, nursing, etc.

Example your final search might look like:

"authentic leadership" AND nurs*
