LGBTQIA+ Resource Guide: INTRODUCTION

INTRODUCTION TO THE TUC LGBTQIA+ RESOURCES GUIDE

This LGBTQIA+ Resources Guide, developed by the TUC librarians for the TUC community, contains LGBTQIA+ materials and resources available in the TUC Library and also identifies important  LGBQTIA+ national and international organizations and other resources that may be useful to students and faculty studying and researching this topic.

The guide is divided into these four sections bearing in mind our TUC curriculum and fields of study:  general resources,  health & medicine resources, education resources, and also a section on literature and film.  What we share here is by no means exhaustive, and this guide will be continually improved as we obtain and identify additional relevant resources. We offer this collection of resources in the hope that it will provide a starting point to aid in formal study and personal learning.

We very much welcome and encourage your suggestions and comments on this guide and its contents. Please email us at: tuc.library@touro.edu.

Thank you for taking your time to consult any of these resources, and please know that we, in your TUC Library, are here for you.
